I have booked retiring room at Haldwani railway station for the date 14/08/2025 timing 8PM but our train will be reach by after 10 PM. I have tried to contact on numbers provided by the irctc coustomer care executive but none is working. Irctc coustomer care executive is saying that if we will not reach with in 1 hrs of slot timing they will cancel our booking. We are trying to inform that we are coming and don't cancel the room booking at Haldwani station. Kindly convey this information to the Haldwani railway retiring room booking person so that we can't face any challenges and trouble there. I am with my 1year old BABY so kindly take action on priority basis.
